ACCEPTANCE

I am back again and hopefully consistent

I am back home at the moment, maybe I should talk about my adventures in the Land of The Turks as a separate blog but definitely will one day write a story about it. A journey that started out in an unexpected way, terrible encounter that brought amazing people, a full turn of events that changed my experience, micro-agressive neighbours and ignorant encounters, amazing students that brought joy and fulfillment, I could ramble rumble on and on but one day is one day.

So what has brought in the title of the day, well… ellipses ellipses ellipses, I went to see a friend today and I met a distant friend (I believe we will be friends soon), and this soon to be friend was talking about my social media and how she keeps up with my blog (the way my diaphram moved to my, is it a box where the lungs are protected, forgot the name but the diaphram moved to that area), I told myself just for just today I shall write something to acknowledge the people that actually do read and keep up with my writings.

Reasons why this person has not updated the blog

If the picture is not reason enough I understand (turns around, dims the lights and plays sad music..cue sad backstory that will win votes on those Simon Cowell talent shows).

A long time ago (November of ’23) I had come home from a tiring work day, I was thinking my immediate boss hates me, some of my co-workers had just finished talking about me in a language I didn’t understand yet (ouch imagine, imagine). So with my envelope in my pocket, I started walking the long winding roads in the capital city of Cats, I got home so tired, drained and longing for a warm hug that would come with assurance lol. I turn on my beloved Dell Inspiron 7300 2n1, 13.3” Full HD WVA Touch Display yada yada yada ya ya, but I didn’t have the energy to watch my favorite Anime that was on at the time.

I went straight to sleep on my couch bed, in the wee hours I just heard phoo, thud! I woke up in my sleepy state just to pick up my baby that was nicely safe on the floor. I realized only a holder had fallen but the baby was fine. Fast foward to another long time ago (August of ’24) I leave my laptop on a different couch, and my gosh! the sun hugged my little baby right on the screen, hugged her so well that the baby wanted to follow the sun to the ends of the earth. I was in the room when I just heard tey tey tey tey, and boom that image happened, I tried replacing, I tried buying a new computer but this baby doesn’t want to leave me. Hi, I am Wisdom and I have a broken laptop.

The second reason is that I took it too easy to the point of enabling my procrastination with L(oh my gosh, I can’t say it) A(I still can’t say it ) any way LAZINESS (DAng who said that?)

I promise that I will change and like all the other promises that I have made on this blog every beginning of the year, I might likely not fully own up (because I am just a boy,right? right?). But on the real real, I will be updating my thoughts on here more often.

ACCEPTANCE FINALLY

I admit that I have been slacking and accept that I allowed my laziness to stop my thoughts from being written on here, I also admit that I thought people do not read so might as well think away in my head and not share my random thoughts.

But I accept the challenge to myself to share these thoughts of mine no matter who reads or not. I am excited as always for this new journey.
